Alicia Daniel is passionate about helping women who are navigating the challenges of chronic anxiety, insomnia, and stress-related physical pain, especially those living with CPTSD. With over 23 years of experience in a close-knit private practice, Alicia deeply understands how unmanaged anxiety can bring imbalance to the body, mind, and spirit. Her heart is in guiding clients to overcome their unique health hurdles, empowering them to meet their long-term wellness goals and embrace a life full of vitality. Alicia is a proud mom to three wonderful adult children and grandmother to two amazing little ones. She and her husband are living their dream on a small homestead just outside of Tucson, Arizona, where they enjoy the simple joys of farm life.
My challenges began in my early 30’s. I was a stay at home mother with a preschooler and 2 elementary aged children. I had chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraines, sleepless nights, irritable bowel syndrome and personal trauma that I was healing. I couldn't take care of my family and managing my household was next to impossible. I really struggled to be the wife and mother that I wanted to be.
I wasn’t getting answers or the support I needed from my doctors, so I began reading about women's hormones, and studying the effects of PTSD on the physical body and how unmanaged emotions could make me physically sick. I began to understand the value of taking care of myself, creating more balance in my life and learning to advocate for myself. I realized that even if the doctors didn't have the answer that would help me feel better, there WERE plenty of answers and I dove in.
I learned that the solution was determination, patience with myself and creating better habits. After determining that there were no serious illnesses to contend with, I took my wellness into my own hands. Learning how to eat clean food, care for my body in many new ways, and how to manage the stress of healing trauma and daily life by understanding the powerful connection between the body and the mind gave me the tools to control the way I felt and it was exciting!
What I love about my life now is the migraines, aching body, and extreme sensitivity to food are gone . I am able to play with my grandkids, work on my farm all day, keep the house up and have nice dinners ready for my husband. My love life and my social life have improved and I have been able to enjoy sports, dancing. and being active with my family. I now have a gorgeous relationship with my food and a daily routine that helps me manage my stress and process emotions so they don’t linger and cause me pain and you can too.

I wanted to be stronger but struggled to get myself to work out with weights or do any core work. Alicia turned out to be the perfect solution. Besides being delightful to be with, she offers diverse, challenging, and fun routines with all kinds of equipment. Alicia carefully watches my form and always asks, “Where do you feel that?” so that I do exercises correctly and without injury. Alicia often works with two of us at a time, and I love the encouragement and fun of working together with a friend. Originally, I signed up for twice a week but added a third day after realizing how good I felt after every session. I am stronger, happier, sleeping better, walking taller, and mentally more alert.
